Adjunct faculty must complete required onboarding and training, prepare course materials before the term begins, maintain regular engagement throughout the course, meet all grading and reporting deadlines, and remain available to students and program leadership during the appointment period. Successful candidates will demonstrate expertise in marriage and family therapy, effectiveness in online graduate education, and a commitment to developing competent, ethical, reflective, and culturally responsive clinicians.
