5 * Under direction and strategic plan initiatives; plans, organizes, supervises, coordinates and administratively directs the services of the health center sites and ancillary services; performs service delivery planning, development and monitoring of budgets, evaluation and program policy development; and performs other work as required. 11 * Participates in the continuous development, administering, and monitoring of a corporate compliance program designed to establish a culture within the organization that promotes prevention, detection and resolution of instances of conduct that do not conform to Federal and State laws and requirements, as well as the organization’s ethical and business policies and procedures; this includes compliance with The Joint Commission, HRSA/BPHC, CMS, HIPAA, DHCS, etc.
