How you'll make an impact in this role: Requires a minimum of 3-5 years of critical experience to coordinate unit staffing and provide leadership for assigned specialty areas such as Cardiovascular/Cath Lab, Surgical Services, Emergency/Triage, Endoscopy, Adult/Pediatric/NeoNatal Critical Care, or Labor & Delivery/Women & Family. Assigns, directs, educates, and monitors nursing and support associates during assigned shifts while exercising independent judgment to plan shifts, services, and patient care.
