Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Instructional Technology, Adult Learning, or Instructional Design Psychology with an emphasis or concentration in industrial psychology or organizational management, Digital Communication or other Communications degrees, or other analytical area or equivalent work experience. at least five years of progressive experience with responsibilities in the full lifecycle of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of blended-adult learning experiences or training programs, including workshops, structured on-the-job training, coaching/mentoring, and multimedia web-based training.
