Position Summary: The Supervisor of Patient Care Services, in conjunction with the Manger Nursing Services, is responsible for designated unit-based clinical and educational assessment, development, evaluation, improvement and outcomes for residents, staff and physicians (when applicable). Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Supervises and directs nursing staff including enforcement of hospital policies, providing educational Support, corrective action, completing performance appraisals, tracking variances and staff adjusting pursuant to budget.
