Partner with plant teams to develop, implement, maintain and continuously improve Safety Management Systems, including employee participation, hazard analyses, safe operating procedures, risk management, training, and communication programs. Lead site EHS Managers, their teams, and plant leadership in maintaining compliance through audits, inspections, assessments, recordkeeping, reporting, and verification of program effectiveness.
