Key responsibilities include:* Providing customer service support for inquiries related to orders, shipments, invoicing, products, and complaints* Entering, updating, and verifying customer orders for accuracy in pricing, quantities, and delivery dates* Coordinating shipment timing and logistics and communicating updates to customers and internal teams* Processing vendor tickets, invoices, inventory entries, and supporting accounts receivable follow‑up* Maintaining accurate documentation, including customer files, organic certifications, and contractsWhat you bringYou bring strong administrative, customer service, and organizational skills, along with the ability to handle detailed work in a fast‑paced environment.
