Lead field operations for restaurant, retail, and tenant improvement projects Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control on-site Coordinate closely with Project Managers, clients, and design teams Maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery Drive successful project completion from mobilization through turnover. 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction Experience delivering restaurant, retail, or interior fit-out projects Strong knowledge of scheduling, site logistics, and subcontractor management Ability to build and maintain client relationships on active projects Experience with QSR, retail rollouts, or multi-site programs preferred.
