Qualifications Qualifications: Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling with a LCSW, LMFT, or LPC through the state of Missouri Or a Registered Nurse through the state of Missouri or with compact license Experience in behavioral health, assessments, crisis intervention, and admissions required Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred. Operating acute care hospitals, behavioral health facilities, outpatient facilities and ambulatory care access points, an insurance offering, a physician network and various related services located in 40 U.S. states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico and the United Kingdom.
