Sitting on the Operations Services team and reporting to the Senior Director of Risk + Safety, you will lead our camera and investigations program, drive shrink and fraud reduction, manage physical security across our locations, and build the playbooks and response capability that keep our people, guests, and operations safe when things go wrong. You will: Own the loss prevention program end to end, driving strategy to reduce shrink, theft, and fraud, and managing the camera and video investigations platform, case work, and evidence retention.
