The VISTA will support the planning, coordination, and execution of TSF events and community engagement activities across departments, including programmatic events, community outreach and tabling opportunities, fundraising events, and other community-driven opportunities. Through observation, research, participation, and the development and piloting of event planning systems, the VISTA will gain experience assessing organizational practices, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing sustainable tools that support effective event coordination and community engagement.
