Accurately reviews all data entry for correct CPT/HCPCS codes, ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes, modifiers, units of service, place of service, NDC codes, provider of service, referring provider, and any applicable attachments including admission and discharge dates, authorizations, and/or claim level notes. You'll review clinical documentation, assign and verify appropriate diagnosis and procedure codes, and help ensure services are coded accurately and in accordance with current payer, state, and federal guidelines.
