The AR Supervisor collaborates closely with Cash and Census Supervisor, Cash Posting and Census Resources, Medicaid/Managed Care Resources, and operational leadership to establish best practices, improve reimbursement outcomes, reduce aging, and maintain world-class accounts receivable and Medicaid billing operations across multiple communities and states. The AR Supervisor provides operational oversight and subject matter expertise for Medicaid and waiver-based programs in multiple states, including eligibility verification, authorizations, level-of-care requirements, payer-specific billing requirements, claim submission, reimbursement tracking, denial management, and audit readiness.
