The individual will be under supervision of the PI, will participate in routine experiments and the maintenance of a basic biomedical science laboratory, with emphasis on transgenic mouse colony establishment and maintenance, embryonic and adult mouse histology and immunohistochemistry, light microscope imaging, preparation of solutions and reagents, equipment sterilization, and basic cell/tissue culture. Preference will be given to candidates with experience of various laboratory techniques including animal husbandry, PCR and recombinant DNA work, western blotting, cell culture, histology and immunostaining, and microscopic imaging.
