The Director of RCM Project Management Office (PMO) provides strategic and operational leadership for the Enterprise Revenue Cycle project portfolio and is responsible for translating organizational priorities into a governed, prioritized, adequately resourced, and measurable portfolio of initiatives. Directs and supports transformation initiatives across the hospital and professional revenue cycle continuum, including patient access, clinical documentation, coding, charge capture, revenue integrity, billing, accounts receivable, denials, reimbursement, customer service, and patient financial services.
