The Associate Analyst (Leave Administration) will contribute to several high-impact initiatives, including implementation of a new third-party leave administrator, Maryland Paid Family Leave readiness, and development of the Global Leave Hub, a centralized resource for consistent leave information and processes across regions. Strong customer-service, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and empathetically while working effectively with associates, team members, internal partners, and external vendors.
