Under the direction of the VP Commercial Operations, the Director, Commercial Operations is responsible for driving commercial excellence across the assigned business segment by leading the processes, systems, analytics, and teams that support revenue growth, margin expansion, customer satisfaction, and forecast accuracy. The Director will lead scalable commercial processes, manage performance metrics, drive proposal and pricing governance, support strategic planning, and provide the visibility required to effectively manage pipeline, backlog, order intake, and revenue conversion.
