Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fieldOR High School Diploma/GED with up to 1 year of professional experience and/or military equivalent Preferred Qualifications : Demonstrated ability to consistently apply sustained effort achieving objectives despite of setbacks. Negotiate with carriers for the optimal purchase rate to meet revenue and profit margin goals; utilize the designated systems to tender loads, manage freight movement, and maintain accurate records of shipments, rates, and customer details.
