Broker Support Specialist will assist appointed independent agents and agencies in contracting/onboarding, commission related questions, commission payment status, enrollment verification and status, provider look-up, in/out of network search, RTS (ready to sell) support, Evolve portal support, enrollment kits ordering, promo item orders, ancillary vendor info advise, Supplemental benefits support, web enrollment support, benefits support. Work with our independent broker partners, agencies, field marketing organizations, by developing and distributing educational and informational materials and coordinating product and policy communications which allow them sell more, earn more, and support CCHP's on-going growth and success.
