Customer Service:<br/><ul><li>Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.</li><li>Provide information about the pawn process, interest rates, and terms.</li><li>Answer questions and address concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.</li></ul>2. Item Appraisal:<br/><ul><li>Evaluate the value of items brought in for pawn or sale.</li><li>Use your expertise and knowledge to determine authenticity and condition.</li><li>Negotiate fair loan amounts or purchase prices with customers.</li></ul>3.
