p/>The Associate – Global Markets Documentation is responsible for providing best-of-class service to clients of TD Securities and internal business partners by preparing and negotiating legal documentation with global counterparties for trading products such as derivatives, foreign exchange and commodity products, i.e. ISDA Master Agreements, physical commodity agreements, and related credit support documentation.
The position will be responsible for providing best-of-class service to clients of TD Securities and internal business partners by preparing and negotiating legal documentation with global counterparties for trading products such as cash prime brokerage and equity derivatives, (i.e. Prime Brokerage Agreements, Term Commitment Agreements, ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes, Account Control Agreements, Custody Agreements).
