Qualifications: 12+ years of application development and leadership experience in the financial services domain with hands on experience in Full Stack Java + Oracle Experience on solving performance issues of the flow ( including DB , ingestions, exposure) Good understanding of CI/CD processes , Scrum and JIRA Good communication and stakeholder management skills Deep understanding of ETD(Exchange Traded Derivatives) clearing workflows, including trade lifecycle management, brokerage, cash, and collateral workflows.
