Reviews the 24 hours report to ensure timely, effective responses to significant changes in condition, transfers, discharges, use of physical or chemical restraints, unexplained injuries, potential or suspected abuse or neglect, medication errors, loss of resident property, or any evidence of resident or family dissatisfaction, keeping Administrator informed. Implements, coordinates and monitors nursing quality management activities to include, but not limited to: Performs chart audits for completeness, accuracy, and timely documentation, as well as ensuring proper judgment is exercised in relation to treatment and care plan, and expeditiously address any discrepancies, inaccuracies or errors.
