Building Automation and Controls: Integrate the replacement HVAC equipment and associated controls with the existing Building Automation System (BAS), where applicable, including required programming, control points, communication interfaces, sequences of operation, and functional verification. Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB): Perform complete TAB of the new and modified HVAC systems, including verification and adjustment of supply, return, and exhaust air quantities, as applicable, to demonstrate compliance with the approved design criteria and specified system performance.
