The Professional Engineer / Field Inspector will support FEMA disaster recovery and Public Assistance programs through professional field inspections, damage assessments, condition verification, technical documentation, and project development activities. The position requires a professional engineer licensed to practice in Puerto Rico and will work closely with Project Managers, technical specialists, applicants, contractors, and other program personnel.
