MCMT I - Three years of facilities maintenance experience required; proficient in two of the following trades with a basic knowledge of the remaining (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, piping, mechanical systems, and controls); MCMT II - Three to five years of facilities maintenance experience required; proficient in three of the following trades with a basic knowledge of the remaining (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, piping, mechanical systems, and controls); MCMT III - Five + years of facilities maintenance experience required; advanced knowledge in three of the following trades with a basic knowledge of the remaining (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, piping, mechanical systems, and controls); MCMT IV - Five + years of facilities maintenance experience required; expert knowledge in three of the following trades with a proficient knowledge of the remaining (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, piping, mechanical systems, and controls); as well as supervisory experience.
