p>Job Summary: The successful candidate will perform regular checks on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, repair or replace broken fixtures, appliances, and hardware, perform minor building maintenance on heating and cooling equipment, electrical, including interior and exterior light installation, minor plumbing and carpentry, including painting, drywall repair, ceiling tile replacement and cleaning, under management supervision.
