Troubleshoot, repair, replace, and maintain apartment and building components and systems, including:Plumbing fixtures, piping, valves, drains, toilets, faucets, and related systemsElectrical fixtures, switches, outlets, lighting, and other electrical components within the scope of the positionAppliances and associated componentsAir handlers, HVAC components, thermostats, and related equipmentLocks, keys, doors, closers, and hardwareDrywall, flooring, trim, cabinetry, and interior finishesWindows, window coverings, light fixtures, and other building componentsEvaluate maintenance issues to determine whether repairs can be completed internally or require specialized vendor support. Aeon will support the Maintenance Technician with obtaining certifications through training classes and/or by paying licensing/certification fees where applicable:Special Boiler's License Compensation, Hours & Location This position offers a pay range of $30-$33 per hour, depending on experience and skill set.
