Managing in a lean environment by Coaching and developing a range of senior leaders and value stream stakeholders, from front-line operations leaders, plant managers, process owners and SBU/Functional leadership in the thinking, methods, and tools required to achieve Premier Performance. Acting as a senior strategic partner to ISC and business leadership, this role influences decision-making, guides the long-term operational roadmap, and plays a central part in transforming our culture, maturing our lean business operating system (BOS), for sustained competitive advantage.
