Core competencies include cardiac rhythm interpretation, non-titrating cardiac drips (Cardizem/Amiodarone), wound care, drain/tube management, PIV starts, and central line management. Floating required within Region 3 (Cleveland, Kings Mountain, Lincoln, and Central Division facilities including CMC Main, Mercy, and LCH) as needed within scope of practice.
