In conjunction with this function, the Operator acts as a “front-line” customer service representative of the Company and must use her or his sound judgment, communication skills, and professional knowledge to assist customers with information, resolve problems and conflicts where possible, and assure passenger safety. Incumbent must be comfortable with occasional work alone in a non-populated area at night and must be able to work in the evening and on weekends as necessary with the understanding that schedules could vary according to operational needs.
