The employee will operate a pickup truck, tractors, riding and push mowers, weed eater, chain saws, utility cart, pressure washer, skill saw, hedge clippers, small hand tools such as rakes, shovels, hoes and paint brushes, and a 2-way radio. This employee is responsible for performing maintenance tasks of an unskilled or semi-skilled nature, to include cutting grass, loading and unloading dirt, mulch, gravel, trash and other debris, including collection and disposal of refuse on the park grounds and buildings.
