Serving both Bronson South Haven and Bronson LakeView, you'll evaluate and treat hospitalized patients experiencing illness, injury, surgery, or functional decline, helping them regain mobility, maximize independence, and safely transition to the next level of care. As a valued member of an interdisciplinary team, you'll collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, case managers, and rehabilitation professionals to deliver exceptional patient-centered care while supporting positive clinical outcomes.
