Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing a workforce providing services on BOS contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity, ( at a contract value of $10 million or greater per year, encompassing facility investment/facility management and at least one utilities discipline (electrical, natural gas, wastewater, steam, water, or chiller plant) plus additional base support functions. Description: The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall management, coordination, execution, and performance of all contract operations relating to facilities operations and maintenance (O&M), public works, utilities management, and base operations support (BOS) services at Naval Support Activity (NSA) Annapolis, Maryland, including services at the United States Naval Academy.
