This position does not support teleworking; the preferred candidate will be located near one of our Lockheed Martin Space facilities in either: Denver, CO, King of Prussia/Valley Forge, PA, OR Rocket City USA: Huntsville/Courtland, AL, and be expected to work in the office as needed and as appropriate. Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders'' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages for review, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts.
