This position collaborates with clinical, operational, and technical teams to analyze workflows, design system solutions, troubleshoot application issues, and improve patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, eligibility, and front-end revenue cycle processes. The Epic Application Analyst – Patient Access supports the implementation, maintenance, optimization, and ongoing operation of Epic Patient Access applications, with primary responsibility for Cadence, Prelude, and Real-Time Eligibility (RTE).
