Serve as administrator for Agiloft CLM, supporting system configuration, maintenance, and ongoing enhancements • Configure and maintain contract workflows, approval processes, templates, clause libraries, field configurations, and business rules • Support the full contract lifecycle including intake, review, approvals, amendments, renewals, and execution tracking • Partner with Legal and business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into configured CLM workflows and system improvements • Troubleshoot system issues and support users with CLM workflows and contract data management • Document contract management processes and support testing and rollout of system enhancements • Evaluate opportunities for automation and emerging capabilities, including AI-enabled workflows, that improve contract operations and execution. ServiceNow, or similar) • Strong understanding of workflow design, process improvement, and automation • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into system configurations • Ability to analyze operational processes and implement scalable workflow solutions • Experience supporting system integrations with enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, or financial systems • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
