Identify and develop new business opportunities in onshore oil & gas operations, with emphasis on tank cleaning services, refineries and Petrochemicals • Build and maintain strong relationships with operators, EPCs, terminals, and industrial clients • Prepare and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets • Lead commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and bid/tender processes • Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs to identify growth opportunities • Collaborate closely with operations and technical teams to ensure service alignment and delivery • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and client presentations. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in business development or sales within Oil & Gas (onshore) • Strong knowledge of tank cleaning, industrial cleaning, or maintenance services • Established network within the oil & gas industry • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously • Willingness to travel as required.
