Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial & Growth, you will operate at the intersection of US banking rails, institutional liquidity flows, and digital asset markets—engaging Trading teams, Settlements teams, Engineering teams and Executives to build tailored, technical banking solutions. Pilot Program & Innovation Development: Partner with tier-1 clients to design, launch, and execute targeted pilot programs to test and validate new settlement products, bespoke features, and emerging market mechanics in real-world trading environments.
