This role leads through maintenance managers and their teams to establish a disciplined maintenance operating model, align resources across operating areas, improve equipment availability, and protect the long-term health of critical assets. Provide executive oversight for major outages, shutdowns, critical equipment failures, and high-risk maintenance activities, holding area leadership accountable for readiness, coordination, execution, and post-event improvement.
