Caring Transitions of Rochester MN is looking for a  Business Development Representative to join our team in our Rochester and its surrounding cities. The Business Development Representative is responsible for prospecting sales and qualifying leads for new and existing accounts.This person will act as a liaison between our marketing and sales teams. He/she will be naturally curious, results-driven, and eager to bring our product/services to new markets.  <h3>Business Development Representative – Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Proactively generate new business through networking with real estate agents, senior living communities, estate attorneys, professional organizers, and other referral partners.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources to drive consistent lead flow and brand awareness within the senior services market.</li><li>Schedule and conduct in-person appointments, office visits, and presentations with potential referral partners (e.g., realtor offices, retirement communities, senior centers).</li><li>Represent Caring Transitions professionally at local networking events, community functions, and industry trade shows to expand market reach.</li><li>Identify and engage with decision-makers and influencers in the senior care and relocation space to educate them on our value proposition.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the move management and sales teams to ensure seamless communication between client referrals and project fulfillment.</li><li>Maintain an organized pipeline of leads, appointments, and follow-ups using CRM or tracking systems.</li><li>Demonstrate a strong work ethic, initiative, and follow-through in meeting individual sales and outreach goals.</li><li>Stay informed on local market trends and competitors in senior relocation, estate sales, downsizing, and home clean-out services.</li><li>Champion the Caring Transitions mission by approaching every interaction with empathy, professionalism, and a client-first mindset.</li></ul><ul><li style="list-style-type:disc">Contact and qualify leads - Prospect new sales leads by making an initial phone or email contact. Engage the account and prepare them for the Account Executive. Connect with as many leads as possible to encourage the purchase of the product offered. Be the point person for your team's sales lead qualification process.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc">Manage current accounts – Stay in close contact with existing accounts or leads and create brand awareness, educational opportunities, and request referrals. Northfield, Minn. is home to two Post Consumer Brands manufacturing plants, the Campbell Mill and Ames Mill, two distribution centers, and more than 750 team members. The Campbell Mill plant is 1 million square feet and is home to 7 manufacturing technologies to produce a wide variety of cereal products our customers know and love. Northfield is a town steeped in history, featuring two colleges and the original Ames Mill where the Malt-O-Meal Company got its start.

JOB SUMMARY: Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make a significant impact? At Post Consumer Brands, we are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to align our business objectives with our employees and management. The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) provides generalist support for employees and leaders in a plant and DC environment. This role reports to the local plant Associate HR Director. They are responsible for coaching, supporting, influencing, and enabling customer groups, including team members and leaders, to effectively deliver their people plans aligned with company objectives. This position participates in projects related to HR including talent attraction, selection, management, development, and separations. This role is responsible for completing all job duties in a manner that supports plant safety, food safety, quality and environmental practices. LOCATION: Onsite at Campbell Mill in Northfield, MN RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Lead and consult in the areas of talent acquisition, onboarding, training, development, performance management, benefits, compensation, etc., and act as a resource for team members and leaders.</li><li>Design and execute strategies to ensure consistent staffing for local operations, including directly hired and indirectly-sourced talent.</li><li>Build a trusting relationship with all team members, including plant leadership, by seeking to understand people issues and working to deliver solutions.</li><li>Act as a resource for team members for HR-related questions (compensation, leaves of absence, training, development, attendance, policies, etc.).</li><li>Coach managers and front-line supervisors in effective talent practices and increase individual talent management capabilities.</li><li>Use knowledge and expertise to constantly increase local talent capabilities resulting in increased organizational effectiveness.</li><li>Proactively manage employee relations issues in a positive manner in partnership with business leaders.</li><li>Build management responsibility and capability for managing employee relations.</li><li>Use HR data and metrics to build accountability and drive business results for self and the local HR team.   </li><li>Responsible for representing the customer’s needs from the plant level and providing customer feedback to the COE teams.</li><li>Participate on and lead projects that support plant and company initiatives to enhance HR processes. </li><li>Ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local legal and regulatory requirements related to people practices.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS: <ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in HR Generalist and/or HR Business Partner roles with a focus on employee relations.</li><li>Ability to work onsite in a food manufacturting facility.</li><li>Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple priorities.</li><li>Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of achieving results through others and building effective partnerships.</li><li>In-depth understanding of HR processes and systems.</li><li>Proven ability to balance strategic and tactical skills with strong problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of HR business processes, including applicant tracking systems, talent management, change management, and HCM suite experience.</li></ul>PREFERRED SKILLS: <ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</li><li>Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).</li><li>Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.</li></ul>
