Job Details:This position is for a summer Internship from May 2027 - August 2027 in Tempe, AZ.Responsibilities: Identify, prioritize, analyze, and eliminate losses and inefficienciesCollaborate with the Line Structure Teams to carry forward and execute improvementsAssist in analyzing line performance including run rates, scrap rates, unplanned and planned down times, and any other operational losses including Safety and Quality opportunitiesIdentify 1-3 actions to reduce these losses and create a project charter and scope for each action. Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Process, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial) or equivalent related programGraduation date of Aug 2027 or laterAvailable to work full-time for the duration of the summer (May - August 2027)Must not require sponsorship to legally work in the U.S. (i.e., H-1B, TN, OPT, CPT, O-1, E-3, or any other work visas), now or in the future.
