Project & Operations Coordination – Own the Back End Processes that Keep us Running<ul><li>Own the administrative steps in the client engagement process from sending the contract to setting up the file and next step tasks for the hand off to our Account Manager team </li><li>Set up new client engagements in the firm’s project management system </li><li>Adjust project hours in practice management system </li><li>Track and update internal dashboards and metrics to ensure “the trains run on time” </li><li>Support documentation of firm processes, systems, and standard operating procedures </li><li>Oversee office management including supplies, mail, and vendor coordination</li><li>Manage special projects that enhance efficiency, organization, and client experience</li><li>Assist with drafting invoices for billing</li><li>Follow up on outstanding AR</li></ul><ul></ul>Sales Enablement – Support the Back End Revenue Generation <ul><li>Support sales process by logging information into the CRM system </li><li>Send client engagement letters, receive signed agreements, log into the CRM system and set up the new client file </li><li>Support client relationship management—send cards, check-ins, gifts and follow-ups that demonstrate high-touch service</li><li>Support incoming email flow to keep business moving </li></ul>The Type of Person Who Thrives at GrowthWise<ul><li>You’re smart.
