Develop strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders and collaborate on strategizing the purchase plan, negotiating pricing and other business terms with vendors on net-new purchases and complex, high-spend renewals, partnering cross-functionally with Procurement Operations, Legal, Security, IT, and Office Operations to ensure compliant, scalable execution. Deep experience across the IT hardware supply chain (laptops, networking equipment, office AV, etc), including OEM/distributor management, inventory planning against headcount growth, global logistics coordination, and scalable replenishment processes to support rapid, multi-region expansion.
