The Person
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in technology-focused business development (semiconductor experience strongly preferred), with a proven ability to manage large, complex global OEM and MNC accounts. Experience across the full product lifecycle is critical, including design wins, regional and global engagement, channel enablement, retail assortment strategy, enterprise customer alignment, and sales training.
This individual must communicate effectively and confidently with senior executives, internal business partners, external customers, and functional leaders, and be comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels.
