Duties include: cleaning of operating room suites, set up and management of surgical tables and surgical equipment, transporting specimens, blood products and lab work, cleaning and processing of endoscopes and bronchoscopes, transporting patients, stocking and organization of operating room suites, and assisting with gathering supplies for the surgical team during surgery. This position involves intermediate working conditions in a healthcare setting that may exert up to 100 pounds and may consistently require lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise moving patients or objects, such as medical equipment, while providing patient care.
