HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL Partner with the global Business Partner team to execute all people development processes, including leadership pipeline reviews, performance management, compensation, and organization reviews; Execute ongoing tasks and special projects to support aligned division(s) needs; Ensure the accuracy and completeness of transactions in Firm systems, including transfers (domestic & international) and terminations; Organize and analyze data sets, interpreting and reporting results to various audiences; Collaborate with functional HCM colleagues in recruiting, training, global mobility, and employee relations to address ad hoc situations and deliver key deliverables.
