Qualified candidates should have previous warehouse management or supervisory experience; demonstrated experience hiring, training, coaching, and managing employees; strong organizational, time-management, communication, and problem-solving skills; and a solid understanding of receiving, shipping, inventory control, warehouse workflow, and safety practices. We are looking for a hands-on leader who takes ownership, develops people, follows established processes, and keeps inventory, orders, equipment, and daily operations running safely and efficiently.
