This role involves providing specialized critical care to postoperative cardiac surgery patients, including those requiring immediate open-heart post-operative management and complex hemodynamic stabilization. Responsibilities: Managing post-op cardiac patients, including those on multiple inotropic medications, ECMO, Impella, IABP, CRRT, and other critical hemodynamic interventions.
