Process orders against specific Job Numbers, Manufacturing Order (MO) Numbers, and Charge Codes within the Deltek Costpoint systemRead and interpret complex engineering drawings and multi-level Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure all individual components and exact quantities are accounted for, particularly for multi-component parts sent out for Outside Service Processing (OSP)Efficiently manage the Approved Vendor List (AVL) negotiate purchasing terms, and minimize lead-time delays for the engineering team – including sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding new vendors for unique, one-off prototyping requirements Proactively communicate with engineers, shop floor personnel, and logistics teams to track physical and electronic deliveries across our national campuses, ensuring parts are accurately routed for subsequent manufacturing steps.
